Part of the success of our sensors is due the use of a coating of Titanium Nitride on the surface, which has a high absorption of solar radiation, reducing emission.

 

This novel product consisting of the coil system, developed by our technical team, allows us to realize that interior coil continuously, thus avoiding intermediate welds.

 

The biggest advantage is in our new welding system, which happens to be unique in the world. Thanks to our unique welding thermal conduction through the coil itself, we obtain a perfect weld and continuous throughout the coil, which is an interface between coil and collector of 1440 cm2, and an increase in contact area between the coil and the absorber plate.

 

This system increases the contact surface of the coil plate with the distinct absorption of titanium, while it makes a perfect and continuous welding along the entire length of the coil, which makes the heat transmission from plate, to the coil, and then the heat transfer fluid, high.

 

We have three different models with different output distribution exits for different types of installations, side exit, vertical exit, and rear exit.
